First Chibi-ish Character Ever

My first attempt at a chibi-ish character. I used one of my old Gaia avatar outfits as the idea/inspiration for the outfit and look
I am happy with the results, but do think I need some improvements and practice with the use of Photoshop CS4 as my coloring tool.

-Sketched with an H2 pencil
-Inked with a Pilot G-2 0.38 Black pen.
-Scanned
-Colored using Photoshop CS4
